Yesterday we had a discussion on "Samacheer Kalvi" and "Common Syllabus" at TNSF Office along with the teachers, activists and professionals. More than 20 peoples from the above said group had a active participation.
They shared briefly about
1. What is meant by "Samacheer Kalvi" and its history in Tamilnadu.
2. What is "Right to Education Bill", importance of this bill and its content.
3. What are all the government is taking the action on implementation of these plans.
And we, decided the following
1. Responding and delivering the corrections needed on the Common Syllabus once we get it in online; through making a model curriculum frame.
2. Build the continues process and platform for intervene these plans by conducting workshops, meetings, exposure activities etc.,
